The process of keeping your physical and energy body clear of all unneeded energy is beautiful act of self care resulting in profound expansions of consciousness and embodiment.
Knowing how to clean and clear your physical and energetic space opens many doors of perception while keeping you grounded to make daily life choices with more confidence and trust.
In a clear space you can be more relaxed in the knowing of who you are, and have the discernment of what is yours and what is not so you choose and magnetize people, experiences and opportunities that are resonant.
A clear space is your natural state of being.
You are a natural state of flow and presence.
Being present and clear you can easily recognize when you are having thoughts, emotions and behaving in ways that are not in alignment with who you are and have ability to shift loop thoughts and feelings, doubt, confusion, judgment, and fear into a more coherent state.

I've been practicing, building, and teaching energy clearing techniques for several years.
